In order to help its incubated start-ups to innovate amidst COVID crisis, the University of the Philippine Mindanao Growing and Developing Enterprise or UPGRADE aired its webinar entitled, Learn-up Technopreneurship Talk to provide lectures on technology and business innovation.
This online technopreneurship discussion is conducted to improve the technopreneurship knowledge and technological tools use of start-ups to scale up their businesses. It also aspires to support innovators, inventors, and business enthusiasts continue developing their startup ideas while at home for Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) due to COVID.
A Senior Web Engineer of 10up and WordPress Davao community Lead, Mr. Dreb Bitanghol, gave the first webinar on 27 March 2020 with a talk entitled Modern Collaboration Tools to Help Build Startups.
Mr. Bitanghol discussed on-trend apps that allow startups to monitor work progress, ease time management, and optimize work productivity. This includes the use of Slack, Zoom, Google hangout and suite, and many more.

A talk from the CEO of Alima Health App and Cleverit Web Services, Ms. Keren hHappuch Lacadin was also aired on 13 April 2020 that features a talk entitled, Innovation in the Highlands of Bukidnon. Ms. Lacadin. Ms. Lacadin shared her journey in establishing two start-ups in Bukidnon that caters clients even outside the country.
